1. Complete In-Browser, Client-Side Architecture
PurePixel Studio is designed from the ground up as a 100% client-side application. When you upload, inspect, strip metadata from, or remove watermarks on images or video files, all computations occur strictly within your browser's local memory using WebAssembly, HTML5 Canvas, and TypedArrays.
2. No Personal Data Collection
We do not require account registration, email sign-ups, or login credentials to use PurePixel Studio. We do not track, collect, store, or sell any personal information, device identifiers, or biometric data.
3. Local Storage & Cookies
PurePixel Studio uses your browser's localStorage solely to remember your UI preferences (such as dark or light theme selection). We do not set tracking cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
4. Clipboard Access
The application provides an optional convenience feature enabling you to press Ctrl + V or click "Paste from Clipboard" to load an image. Clipboard data is accessed exclusively on your local machine to populate the active editing canvas and is discarded immediately after processing.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to our application or policies, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because we operate an entirely client-side privacy model, our core commitment to zero data transmission remains permanent.
