2. Permitted Use & User Responsibility

PurePixel Studio provides media privacy tools, metadata stripping (EXIF, IPTC, C2PA), and visual restoration utilities. You represent and warrant that:

• You have lawful ownership, copyright, or explicit authorization to process the images and videos you load into the tool.
• You will not use the service to commit fraud, infringe upon third-party intellectual property, remove mandatory legal disclaimers from copyrighted assets, or impersonate other entities.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of processed media complies with applicable local laws and third-party platform community standards.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

PurePixel Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While our algorithms provide industry-leading lossless stripping and pixel-accurate mathematical reverse-alpha unblending, we do not warrant that output files will always be error-free or that third-party platforms will never update their detection mechanisms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PurePixel Studio, its creators, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use this software, including any actions taken by third-party platforms regarding content uploaded by users.

5. Intellectual Property

The interface, branding, code architecture, and reverse-alpha restoration algorithms of PurePixel Studio are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain full ownership and intellectual property of any media you process using the application.
